Terms of Service

1. The service

12Tester Community provides real human testers who join your Google Play closed test for the 14-day period Google requires before granting production access. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and must have the right to publish the apps you submit.

3. Credits and pricing

• One credit runs one app through one closed test under the plan it was bought for.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before you pay and are charged exactly as quoted.
• Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash, except through a refund under our Refund Policy.

4. Service delivery

This is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Credits appear in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed. After you submit an app and add our Google Group to your closed test, testers begin joining within the time stated for your plan (typically 4 to 6 hours) and remain opted in for 14 consecutive days.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You may not submit apps that are illegal, malicious or that violate Google Play policies, or use the service to harm testers. We may refuse or stop testing such apps and suspend the account responsible.

7. Limitation of liability

Google makes the final decision on production access. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credit concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
