Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Google account profile: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• App details you submit: app name, package name, app icon and your Google Play opt-in links, so our testers can join your closed test.
• Billing details: name, email and, if you provide them, phone number and state, used to issue your invoice.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form.
• Security logs: your IP address and the time of sign-ins, purchases and other account actions, kept to prevent fraud and abuse.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, net banking and wallet details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive only the payment reference, amount and status. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the testing service you purchased and show its progress in your dashboard.
• To process payments, issue invoices and handle refunds.
• To send order receipts and service updates by email.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep the service secure and meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is secure, cannot be read by scripts on the page, and is removed when you sign out. If you choose Accept on our cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far pages are read) so we can improve it. Choose Decline and no analytics runs at all. We do not use advertising cookies, and analytics data is not used for ads. Separately, our server counts page visits without any cookie: it keeps only daily totals (visitors, page views, the site you came from) and never stores your IP address. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will ask again. Google Sign-In and Razorpay Checkout may set their own cookies while you use them.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service: Google (sign-in, and Google Analytics if you accept it), Razorpay (payments), our email delivery provider (receipts) and our hosting provider. Analytics never receives your name or email address. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep account and app data while your account is active. Order and invoice records are retained for as long as Indian tax law requires, even after an account is closed.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing infovision234@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
